2./ Market Visit with chef:
An accompanied tour to the most popular market in Ho Chi Minh City , the spectacular Ben Thanh market. During the market visit we will describe the classic Vietnamese produce, from fruit and vegetable, to meats and seafood. Our guests will learn how to recognize the different Vietnamese ingredients and be guided in their application.
3./ Exclusive Premium Cooking class for VIPs:
Our Exclusive Premium cooking class is tailored for those who love to be pampered wherever they go. your class with us will start at your hotel door, greeted by our English speaking tour hostess wearing traditional Vietnamese " Ao dai" . Our car will be waiting to take you to a market visit, escorted by our chef as well.
Then back at our cooking school, where the class will be set in typical Vietnamese rich bourgeois home of 1950s (we’ve added A/C for your comfort) . Everything will be ready for you to learn in style. After the class you can sit back and enjoy the wonderful and tasty dishes you've cooked...and for those who love to pair a glass or two of good wine with their meal, we've got a few well-known brands for you to choose from.

4./ Course for professional chefs , in – depth teaching for experienced cooks:
You are an already experienced cook and want to be guided step by step by our Chefs through the intricacies of preparing Vietnamese meals, on a 1- to- 1 private course.
With this in-depth course you will be able to learn everything our Chefs know, including all the tips and secrets that they usually like to keep for themselves.
You can even start a Vietnamese restaurant with this knowledge…

6./ Extended course:
This course tailored for long – term resident. It’s about all the special dishes popular to Vietnamese meals.
You will learn in 8 weeks in which 2 dishes/day/week ( only in the afternoon). The duration could be changed according to your schedule.

Cooking has always been a favorite activity for kids, who don’t take it as a homework but more as a fun game, doing like “Mum”.
Our dear little “apprentices-chefs” will have a few hours of fun, learning how to make their favourites meals and easy to replicate dishes, in the safest environment.

Step-by step course that cover all the aspects of this beautiful and fun art! learn the basics, or jump right in to learning specialty carving. Fruit and vegetable carving is a venerable tradition that has been passed down from ancient times. It is considered one of the traditional Vietnamese crafts. It is used in making food offerings for monks, entertaining guests, ordinations, weddings and royal feasts.
